By installing the CV.dot Chrome Extension and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

CV.dot is an AI-powered resume optimization tool. We offer a Free tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Premium) that provide advanced features such as AI Cover Letter Generation, LinkedIn Outreach templates, and Canva CV updates.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and handles customer service inquiries related to payments and subscriptions.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account linked to CV.dot.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and extract text from third-party websites (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) using our Web Job Extraction tool.
• AI Output Disclaimer: CV.dot utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the generated resumes, cover letters, or interview questions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it for your job applications.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided by Lemon Squeezy.
